This project involved the Heritage restoration of the existing St Thomas Presbytery building to accommodate a number Eileen O’Connor Catholic College administration spaces. The building refurbishment included the installation of a new lift, restoration of the upper floor verandah balustrades, the removal of lead paint from the exterior of the building, and landscaping works surrounding the building.
The refurbishment has provided the College with ten offices, two meeting rooms and upgraded amenities.
