This project included the design and construction of a primary school active play space and softfall surfacing to supplement existing school playgrounds.
Initially a series of concept playground options and budgetary advice was provided before the client made the decision to increase the budget to achieve the desired outcomes. Following a collaborative concept phase the design proceeded to tender documentation, carefully coordinating and detailing the playground to meet relevant standards. OHD obtained long lead time equipment quotes for the client to procure whilst the project documentation and tender process was undertaken allowing for an earlier project completion date. Finally, OHD administered the contract to successful implementation.
